Our vision is for the day when no healthy and adoptable companion animal will be euthanized for lack of a loving and safe home, for a lack of shelter space, or for lack of human compasion. Unfortunately, society still is overburdened with irresponsible pet owners and abusive individuals who cause the never-ending plight of our companion pets. This results in the on-going need to support local humane organzations which are dedicated to the welfare of our furry and feathered friends.
How Can You Help ? -- Here are but few of the ways:
  • Visit your local shelter and adopt a companion pet; but remember, this is a year-round job.
  • Be a responsible guardian by spaying or neutering your pet to prevent population of animals when there are not enough loving homes.
  • Check with your local humane organization to assist with day-to-day needs.
  • These organizations are funded through private donations which never meet the annual need, so donate money and supplies if you can.
  • Volunteer your time to help with the homeless animals, assist with fund-raising events, or get involved with training and educational programs.
  • Become a supporting member of The PAWS Society to assist with local humane care and pet-related projects.
Remember, all donations are fully tax deductible
as much as the law allows.
